We are pleased to announce the following limited membership offering in the form of a “callable”initiation fee for membership, enabling new members to join today, deferring initiation to a later date, and offering the new member control over the initiation fee due at the time it is called.
• The current initiation fee is $12,500. Those members joining now under the Callable membership will be‘grandfathered’ under this program and their initiation fee will be $12,500 or less, with the remainder to be paid in 3 annual installments commencing with the date the membership is called.
• Initiation fee for those members joining under the Callable plan will be due two years after the effective date of membership.
• Callable membership has a referral incentive plan in place to encourage participating members to bring others to the club. For each new Full Golf member that is introduced to the club, the referring member will receive $3,000 in initiation credit. The new member must remain active at a full golf category for a minimum of two years.
• Callable membership applies to Full Golf Membership only. Dues for this class will be fixed at $380/month until 2012. All related fees & minimums apply.
• Callable membership can not be used in conjunction with any other membership plans.
• This membership opportunity is a Full Family Golf membership and allows for access to all facilities and amenities including: golf, range, pool, social, and dining. All related fees apply.
